I genuinely cannot recommend Orchard Catering enough, they have been absolutely perfect from start to finish. Orchard are just SO flexible and really will help with anything. From planning everything with Eve and Mo, down to the actual day run by Charlotte- everything was so much more than I expected.

From the very beginning we felt in really safe hands. The team were really responsive and helpful over emails and during the taster evening. There were so many options available and there was great flexibility in catering for any dietary requirements. The Sticky Toffee pudding was absolutely heavenly at the taster evening and did not disappoint on the day!
We had so many compliments on both the food and the team from our guests. The Mario Pizza oven got everyone talking and was loved by all - especially witht the ability to adapt to GF/Vg! Everyone at Orchard we met, whether at the tasting or on our day were super friendly and accomodating. We particularly wanted to say thank you to Charlotte, who was our main contact for all the pre-wedding organisation and put any concerns we had at ease and for all her effort on the day itself. Everything ran so smoothly and that is definitely thanks to Orchard. Also a thank you to Katie, who took over from Charlotte for the evening - saving us some Cake and Pizza and ensuring all the evening food went to plan. Final thanks to Sue, who made sure we did eat Canapés amongst all the busy post-ceremony photos! In addition to the first class food, service and master of ceremonies. Charlotte and Katie also captured lots of photos and videos of our day. We didn't have a videographer, so having so many snippets of the day really was a lovely bonus! Thank you so much Orchard. A huge thank you to Orchard Catering who catered our wedding at The Barn at Upcote this year. The food, service and communication was excellent and the staff were very attentive throughout the day. In the build up we attended a food tasting event and sat down with staff to discuss the finer details. It was nice to have the opportunity to discuss it face to face. In addition to this we had a telephone call just before the date to finalise plans. They were so helpful and suggested some things we hadn't thought of. There were no hidden fees and the the costs were quoted and updated throughout. The quality of the food was excellent. We hope to have an event worthy of their service again.

Just wow! Orchard Catering catered for our wedding last month and they were outstanding. Communication up to the day was superb and on the day we could not have asked for better. Many of our guests said that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The portion sizes were generous and all of the food was delicious. The whole team were superb and helpful, we particularly enjoyed all of the photos we received from Charlotte, as well as the reel they put together - a lovely way to remember the day. Thank you so much to all of the team at Orchard, we would not hesitate to recommend them at all, outstanding!

Josh and I can not thank the entire Orchard Catering team enough. From start to finish of our wedding planning, nothing was ever too much. All our questions/concerns were answered so quickly/clearly and the team made something that could feel quite stressful (sorting guests allergies/dietary requirements etc etc) so easy and straightforward using their spreadsheets and excel documents. It also helps that the food tasted AMAZING and we had so many comments from guests about it. The portion sizes were so generous too! Mario the woodfired pizza mini convertible and the crepe station really stole the show in the evening and we couldn't be happier with everything. We would 10000% use Orchard time and time again & can't thank you enough in playing such a huge part in making our wedding day so perfect.

Orchard catered our wedding this summer, and the food was incredible! We knew it would be great after our tasting, but the food on the day was amazing and our guests still talk about it now! Plus they could not have been more accommodating for our guests with dietary requirements, and the kids portions of adult food were perfect. Also-book Mario's pizza can for the evening, as it was the best pizza I have eaten outside of Naples EVER! The n'duja was delicious! Huge thank you from us!

On the day, you were everywhere! The service was out of this world. Let alone the food - we have had SO MANY compliments about the food. Many telling us it was the best wedding meal they'd ever eaten and lots telling us it was the best pie and chips they'd ever eaten! From looking after our gluten free and diabetic guests, to ensuring our drinks were nicely topped up, there was nothing that you didn't do. Thank you!
The added detail of your Instagram reels is just another personal touch which makes you stand out so much. I cannot believe the little snippets of our day which you captured. We will never stop watching that video.

Orchard Catering caterer for our wedding in August and were absolutely fantastic! The team were wonderful throughout and extremely responsive to all our requests. Nothing was too much trouble, including listing every ingredient used in a menu for one of our guests who had complex dietary requirements. They were flexible and helped us create our own main course which everybody commented on how fantastic it was. Charlotte and the rest of the staff were friendly, polite and professional from start to finish. Guests raved about the dessert trio and the mini fish & chip cones that we had for our evening food. Orchard were simply perfect catering for both parts of our wedding celebration on 14th June! They provided 3 wonderful curries for our Indian celebrations! The BBQ for the wedding breakfast was spot on! The cake of cheese went down a storm (they even managed to source specific cheeses that we had asked for) and Mario's pizza was the ultimate finish to a wonderful couple of days! We cannot speak highly enough of Orchard, from the professionalism, to the communication, the personal, friendly approach to their business and to your day!
